  DHARAMSHALA - BHARMAUR (via) Inderhar Pass or Laka Pass (4484 M) - Kurasi (2750 M) - Chanaota (2201 M) - (6 DAYS)
1st Day : Dharamshala - Triund (2975M) .... 10 km

2nd Day :Triund - Laka Got (3380M) .... 8 km
Steady climb upto Laka got. Near the Inderhar pass is a big cave enough for 30 to 40 persons. It is used as night shelter.
3rd Day :laka Got - Inderhar Pass or Laka Pass (4484M) - Chatta (3600M) .... 10 km
Very steep climb upto the pass, other side is also very-very steep descent. Crossing the pass is an exhilarating experience to see Kangra valley spreading to Horizon.
4th Day : Chatta - Kurasi (2750M) .... 16 km
After 5 to 6 hours descending through villages and greenfields camp at Kurasi. View of Mani Mahesh range is awe-inspiring.
5th Day : Kurasi - Chanaota (2201M) .... 18 km
Trail lies through dense forests and fields. After crossing some difficult patches arrive at Chanaota for night halt.
6th Day : Chanaota - Bharmaur (2195M) .... 22 km
After a few kilometres, say 4 to 5 km trek to Machhetar (1900M) from where you can drive or take a bus for Bharmaur, it is 2 hours by road.
